Classifying Statistical Data
Statistical data can be organised using tables such as tally tables and two-way tables. These help to summarise and analyse the data efficiently.
1. Tally Tables
Tally tables use marks to count frequencies and are useful for quickly recording data.
Example:
A survey of 20 students recorded their favourite fruit. Organise the data in a tally table.

2. Two-Way Tables
Two-way tables show the relationship between two different categories. Totals for rows and columns help to analyse combined frequencies.

- How many students preferred coffee?
- What is the total number of males surveyed?
