  • Sessions: Two sessions each year (January & April). Candidates may appear in one or both; best NTA score is considered.
  • Papers: Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech), Paper 2A (B.Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning).
  • Mode: Computer-Based Test for all parts except the B.Arch Drawing Test (pen-and-paper).
  • Languages (13): English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu.
  • Duration: 3 hours (standard); compensatory time for eligible PwD candidates.
  • Eligibility: No age limit; year of appearance in Class 12/qualifying exam as per the current information bulletin.

  • Mode: CBT for Maths & Aptitude; Drawing offline on A4 sheet.
  • Total: 82 questions, 400 marks; standard marking (+4/−1 where applicable).
Paper 2B (B.Planning)
  • Mathematics (20 MCQ + 10 Numerical; attempt 5), Aptitude (50), Planning-based (25).
  • Mode: Entirely CBT.
  • Total: 105 questions, 400 marks; standard marking (+4/−1 where applicable).
